Adverse reactions of herbal drug: a case report of hepatitis, oral mucositis, and lichenoid reactions

In this particular case report, we discussing 40-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with herbal drug-induced hepatitis and oral mucositis, along lichenoid reactions secondary drug reaction. The advised take steroids moisturizing cream. Initially, the admitted under Department of ENT later transferred Medicine due severe thrombocytopenia. Necessary investigations were conducted, which revealed leukocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, deranged LFT. Two pints RDP transfused address platelet count gradually improved.
